Terms of Service

These terms describe the business subscription relationship between Team Truth and customers using our recruitment intelligence services.

Last updated: 31 July 2026

1. Business service

Team Truth provides recruitment intelligence, coaching, analytics and related software services. The service is offered for business use. The person subscribing confirms that they are authorised to bind the organisation named during checkout.

Product capabilities, onboarding requirements and supported integrations may evolve. Any order form or separately signed agreement takes priority where it expressly conflicts with these terms.

2. Accounts and authorised users

Customers are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, assigning access only to authorised users and promptly reporting suspected misuse. One paid seat permits one authorised user unless a written order states otherwise.

3. Subscription, seats and renewal

The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. The amount charged is the per-seat monthly price displayed at checkout multiplied by the selected number of seats.

Stripe securely stores the selected payment method for recurring off-session charges. Banks may require additional authentication. Customers authorise Team Truth and Stripe to initiate the recurring charges described at checkout.

4. Payment and failed charges

Charges are processed by Stripe. Customers must maintain a valid payment method. Stripe may retry failed payments and send payment-recovery notices. We may suspend access while an invoice remains overdue, subject to any notice required by law or a separate agreement.

5. Cancellation

Customers may cancel through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting Team Truth. Unless law or a written agreement requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal.

6. Acceptable use

Customers must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected components, upload unlawful material, or use outputs to make unlawful discriminatory decisions. Customers remain responsible for their recruitment decisions and lawful use of personal data.

7. Customer data and privacy

Each party will comply with applicable data-protection law. Our handling of website and checkout data is described in the Privacy Policy. Enterprise processing terms, security commitments and retention requirements should be documented in a separate data processing agreement where required.

8. Intellectual property

Team Truth and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software and related materials. Customers retain ownership of their data and grant Team Truth the rights reasonably necessary to provide, secure and improve the contracted service.

9. Service availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes that adversely affect a paid subscription will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

10. Liability

Liability exclusions and caps must be finalised for the applicable contracting entity and customer segment before launch. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Governing terms

The governing law, courts, registered entity name, company number and registered address must be inserted following professional legal review. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

12. Contact

Questions, cancellation requests or legal notices can be sent to shayne@teamtruth.ai.
